Q) How do I set up a calling group?
A) If you need others in your pickup group to be notified when you have a call or a second call on your line, we can cause an audible chime to ring on those sets. If you need this function, please call the help desk and let them know which phones need this feature. This will work on all types of phone sets. Extra line keys are not required.
