Q) Why am I having problems using AOL's browser?

A) AOL users should use Netscape as their browser instead of the AOL browser.

To use Netscape:

  1. Start AOL
  2. Minimize AOL and launch Netscape. If you do not have Netscape go to http://www.netscape.com/ and download it.

It is important to keep in mind that you need to have something running on AOL (a private chat will work) so you will not be timed out and kicked out of AOL.
