Q) I went into Administrative Tools or My Courses to look up personal information and received an error that read "CPIP Notification... external error". What do I do?

A) In order to fix this problem call the Help Desk at 788-7460 to get your PIN reset. To do that simply tell them your problem along with your username. You can also send an email explaining the problem and the matter will be resolved when received.
