Q) How do I change my passwords?
A) To change your Windows, LionsLink or Campus Web Sites (LionsPass, LionsWeb, Blackboard, Faculty web site, etc.) passwords, go to LionsPass at http://lionspass.uafortsmith.edu/. You will need to know your current LionsPass password to access this system. If you do not know your password, see the instructions for how to Reset Your Password.
To change your Banner password:
- Log into Banner
- Key: GUAPSWD and press enter
- Enter your current password
- Press Tab
- Enter a new password
- Press Tab
- Re-enter the new password
- Click the Disk icon at the bottom to complete the password change.
Password Requirements:
- Must be 8 characters long
- Must contain at least one upper case letter
- Must contain at least one lower case letter
- Must contain at least one number
- Should NOT contain special characters
- Cannot reuse a password that has been used during the last 18 months
