Q) How do I Cut, Copy and/or Paste?
A) Select the text you want to cut (move) or copy.
- To select text, you can hold down the left mouse button at the beginning of a section of text that you want to copy.
- Then drag the mouse until all of the text you want to cut (move) or copy is highlighted.
- Right click to bring up the menu box.
- To move the selection, click Cut.
- To copy the selection, click Copy.
- If you want to move or copy the text to another document or another program, switch to that program or pull up that document.
- Click where you want your text or graphics to appear.
- Right click again to bring up the menu box.
- Click Paste.
