Q) How do I use the Find and Replace Features in Word?
A) Choose Edit from the Tool Bar.
- Click on Replace.
- In the find box, type what you want to find.
- In the Replace with box, type the text that you want to use to replace the original text.
- If you want a chance to change your mind before replacing each bit of found text, click Find Next. Word pauses at each occurrence of the text.
- If not, then click on Replace.
