Q) My password for Windows, LionsLink or Blackboard has suddenly stopped working. What might the problem be?

A) Your password may have expired. You can log into http://lionspass.uafortsmith.edu with your expired password and change your password. You should then be able to access Windows, LionsLink and Blackboard.

You will receive notices in your LionsLink email starting 20 days prior to your password expiring. If you are not checking your LionsLink email, you might consider forwarding it to an email that you do check.

Also, please keep in mind that your password will need to be changed every 90 days, or it will expire.
