Q) I need to remove all of my Outlook Calendar events, how do I do this?
A) To remove all of your Outlook Calendar events, follow these instructions:
- Click on the Tools menu then on Advanced Find (in Outlook 2003, click on Find then on Advanced Find) or hit ctrl-shift-f on the keyboard.
- Change Look For to Appointments and Meetings.
- Make sure that the Search for the word(s) field is blank.
- Click Find Now.
- Select all the events listed (click on one of the events then hit ctrl-a on the keyboard).
- Hit the Del key on the keyboard.
- Wait for the delete process to finish (it may take a couple minutes).
