The Help Desk's Hours of operation are:
- Monday - Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The Help Desk is closed during the following official holidays:
- Martin Luther King Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Veterans Day
- Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
- New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
